While it is originally conceptualized as a charming traditional Victorian Inn, it actually has been subjected to substantial change and renovation in the past century. Built circa by Wellington Weaver and wife Fiana Andreas Weaver in 1880, this historic structure has been passed down to the latest family generation. All throughout its history, this home has served all sorts of purposes. First, it was a known general store in the community. It also because an apartment and a post office. Meanwhile, the barn and garages were also used a livery stable as well as an implement shop.
The most recent change of ownership happened in December of 2008, when the property was sold to the current owners, Hilary England and Mark VanBuskirk.
